Effective Dehydration for Upstream Heavy Crude Applications
NATCO technology is effectively dehydrating heavy crudes as low as 16 Deg API, at high salt and BS&W loads. Our Dual Frequency technology delivers:

Since introducing our patented Dual Polarity® technology in the 1970s, our technology has out performed mechanical and conventional single-field AC electrostatic treaters in hundreds of upstream applications, through our patented AC/DC fields working together to improve performance. Our process can remove unwanted salts and water from the oil stream, produce a stabilized crude oil and condition the gas and effluent water allowing them to be disposed of or used in other ways, for example, fuel or re-injection.
