At NATCO, we believe all accidents are preventable and have adopted “Target Zero” as our goal.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment and preventing accidents.
Each of us is accountable for observing the safety and health rules and practices that apply to our job and for taking the precautions necessary to protect us, our co-workers and others within the work environment.
We promote a safe environment by immediately reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe practices or conditions.
We encourage all employees to use “Stop Work Authority” when an unsafe condition exists.
We will report to work free from the influence of any substance that could prevent or impair us from performing our job safely and effectively.
We will report incidents in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
