Compact Separator for Subsea Processing
Introduced at OTC 2008, the Compact Separator laboratory design has achieved 80% water removal from oil streams containing as much as 45% water. The compact separation technology has the potential to be deployed surface or subsea. Using the compact separation technology in a subsea environment may provide huge process and economic advantages to deepwater processing.
