In today’s hydrocarbon market we have found that many processes have a requirement for a high quality hydrogen feed, in some cases to chemically react with other feed stocks to form new products, in other cases to provide a higher hydrogen partial pressure or at a reducing atmosphere to prevent oxidation. The hydrogen required can either be produced by generating it, using a steam reforming or methanol cracking process, or recovering it from a hydrogen rich process stream by using the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process. Hydrogen rich process streams, are often readily available in refinery and petrochemical complexes.
We are able to offer a PSA process that provides a low cost method of increasing the availability of high purity hydrogen and of better utilizing “waste” streams. Using our own proprietary technology, we can design, supply, and erect plants for hydrogen purification by PSA. Our units are fully tested for rapid installation on the client’s prepared foundation.
To assist our customer we use 3-D modeling to develop detailed designs and full reality walk through facility that allows safety operations and maintenance operations aspects to be reviewed. For our customers requiring hydrogen PSA we are able to offer: Reliable, proven design, fully guaranteed process, cost effective solution, modular construction and comprehensive after sales service.
