The CHF® Controlled Heat Flux heater uses convective heat transfer for high efficiency process heating up to 1000°F. Re-circulated flue gases reduce the flame and flue gas temperatures, eliminating radiant heat transfer. This advancement in indirect heating is applicable to regeneration gas for absorption, pipeline oil, crude oil, water/oil emulsions, LPG, and other sensitive stocks.
