ConSepT IVD™

For gas scrubbing, the ConSepT Inlet Vane Distributor, or IVD™, separator internals have improved profiled vanes, to aid with flow distribution and inlet momentum control for improved separator efficiency. This design provides up to 50% more gas throughput, without loss of performance, compared to standard vane profiles.

The robust yet compact design minimizes footprint area and weight for new separator installations. You can also reduce re-entrainment, improve efficiency, and increase throughput with an IVD retrofit for your existing separators.

For subsea, the design is proven to be robust and effective for maintaining high separator efficiency, protecting your vital subsea equipment investment.
