MistTrap
NATCO’s MistTrap™ Aerosol Coalescer Filter is a highly efficient element that can be used in our proprietary MistTrap Filter Separator. Our filter media is a precision matrix of synthetic microfibers designed for high coalescing efficiency and high dirt holding capacity while maintaining a low pressure drop, granting an extended service life over other conventional coalescing filters.
The Vertical MistTrap V Coalescing Separator is designed with the inlet in the lower section of the vessel and vertical housing to utilize gravity to removed liquid and allows more flow-through in a given house size.
Our Horizontal MitsTrap H Coalescing Separator is designed for gas to enter from the top end of the vessel into a knockout section.
All of our MistTrap filters effectively remove aerosol mists from gas streams and prevents costly problems. We provide complete coalescence and removal for optimal protection with fixed pore construction giving you a longer operating life and lower cost.
