MOZLEY DELTACLONE™

Traditionally, sand has only been removed once it has collected in main production separators by manual means. Our Mozley Fluidzer and Mozley Deltaclone have been developed to save rapid wear of conventional valves and pipe work, and to remove settled solids from the bottom of the separators or other vessels. These items perform most effectively in a simple, compact system based on our proven solid/liquid hydrocyclones technology.

In addition to removal of sand upstream of separator vessels, the technologies are effective when installed as a retrofit or designed within a new vessel, for emptying and transportation of difficult materials.
