When you have to meet environmental discharge requirements in your offshore production system, select a Mozley SandClean system for the extreme versatility. We can design a complete system to accommodate a variety of fluid rates, solid types and concentrations, as well as widely differing pressures and temperatures.
In a compact integrated design we recirculate solids through Mozley Sandspin solid-liquid cyclones in a sandwash vessel, cleaning solids from oil. All water from the sand wash vessel is returned, saving resources. After cleaning the solids of oil to a level below the required environmental limits, the solids are discharged safely overboard.
The core of the technology is the geometrical design which provides maximum resistance to wear, maximum solids removal capability and robust operation.
