For your primary separation needs, the Porta-Test Revolution® has an efficient compact design to revolutionize your separator performance.
The centrifugal separator tubes will be designed specifically for your application — foam removal, gas/liquid separation, liquid/ liquid separation, solids removal or a combination of these.
High pressure production separators can be more compact when designed to incorporate the Porta-Test Revolution inlet device. The typical excess capacity allowed for foam disengagement can be eliminated.
You can also reduce foaming, improve efficiency, and increase throughput with a Revolution retrofit application for your existing separators. Ideal for debottlenecking existing separators, it is designed for easy installation through a vessel manway, reducing downtime.
Results can be dramatic. In some cases, throughput in existing vessels has more than doubled. Retrofit an existing vessel with the Revolution and eliminate the need for additional vessels or replacement vessels.
