The SureTrap Liquid Filter Elements are designed to remove dirt, pipeline scale, and other solid contaminants from process liquids. We provide the largest filtration area fro a given element size, increasing dirt holding capacity and minimizing the pressure drop, resulting in extended service life.
The SureTrap Carbon Filter is an adsorption media in which substances bond to the carbon and are tightly held in place. The effectiveness of removal in the filter is primarily a function of the amount of activated carbon present and the duration of contact with the fluid being treated. Activated filters are designed to remove impurities that cause process fluids to foam reducing downtime and the need for anti-foaming agents used in natural gas processing contact fluids.
